We take speaking seriously. We don't take ourselves seriously.
Every Thursday at 7pm

You hear clear audio. You see the timer lights cha You hear clear audio. You see the timer lights change. The microphone works. The meeting starts on time.

That's Dave Zegen. 30 minutes early. Every week. Setting up the equipment that makes everything else possible.

He also trained Hwan and Dave S. to handle it when he's not around. Because that's what leaders do — they don't just do the work, they make sure it gets done without them too.

Renee wasn't on the agenda this week. A speaker st Renee wasn't on the agenda this week. A speaker stepped down and she filled the gap.

She showed up with boots, a whip, and a face that said: I'm ready.

That doesn't happen overnight. That's years of Toastmasters. Speech after speech, role after role, until stepping up at the last minute feels like second nature.

Confidence isn't about being prepared for one speech. It's about being so practiced that you're ready for any speech.
