Want your audience to remember your speech? Give t Want your audience to remember your speech? Give them one word to hold onto.

Adrienne did this beautifully in her first speech. She opened with: "How many of you have had a remix in your life?" Then she told us about her pivots โ€” and every time, the word came back. Remix. Five times. Five chapters. One thread.

This is called an anchor word. It gives your speech structure without the audience even noticing. They hear it, they recognize the pattern, and they follow you effortlessly.

There's something special about having your people in the room when you speak. It makes the nerves a little easier and the applause a lot louder.

Bring your family. Bring your friends. They're always welcome.
